Student Residence or House Community Applications are open for the 2011 Fall Term
The resident House Community offers a unique experience for five students to live in a supportive Christian community while attending the U of S. Five residents live on the 2nd floor of the Lutheran Campus Centre.
The House Community offers:
- A home away from home
- weekly community suppers
- opportunities for worship, discussion groups, retreats & social events
- an opportunity to grow in the love of God and to share friendship with others
- a supportive communal living environment to experience university life together
Some features of the residence:
- furnished bedroom with single bed, dresser, desk and chair
- shared furnished, kitchen, dining room, laundry, and tv lounge
- rent: at 1302 College: $480/mo (Sept-April), including utilities, or $415/mo (summer)
- across the street from the U of S
- rent at 1306 College: $605/month
- parking available:$23/month May to August, $420/September-April (non-electrical), 580/September-April (electrical).
