The resident House Community offers a unique experience for five students to live in a supportive Christian community while attending the U of S. Five residents live on the 2nd floor of the Lutheran Campus Centre.

The House Community offers:

A home away from home
weekly community suppers
opportunities for worship, discussion groups, retreats & social events
an opportunity to grow in the love of God and to share friendship with others
a supportive communal living environment to experience university life together

Some features of the residence:

furnished bedroom with single bed, dresser, desk and chair
shared furnished, kitchen, dining room, laundry, and tv lounge
rent: at 1302 College: $450/mo (Sept-April), including utilities, or $400/mo (summer)
across the street from the U of S
rent at 1306 College: $415/month
parking available (additional cost)
